2. Services & Products
2.1 Design Services & Renderings
- All design, rendering, and consulting services are provided on a contractual basis. Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement before project commencement.
- Renderings, drawings, and design concepts remain the intellectual property of Enticing Time Design unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
2.2 Furniture & Lighting Sales
- All finished products are original designs, and are most often produced in small quantities. Due to the inherent nature of bespoke and handcrafted items, slight variations in materials and finishes may occur.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, availability issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payments & Transactions
- All payments must be completed before services or products are delivered.

4. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
4.1 Shipping
- We ship to everywhere in the United States and are happy to explore shipping items anywhere permitted. Delivery times vary based on location and product availability, and delivery services used.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional shipping fees.
4.2 Returns & Cancellations
- Custom orders and design services are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Finished furniture and lighting may be returned within 120 days if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for defective or damaged products reported within 30 days of delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Enticing Time Design and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
- Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- Enticing Time Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free.
- Our furniture and lighting should be installed and used according to safety guidelines. We are not responsible for improper installation or misuse.
7. User Conduct
- Users may not engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior on our website, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, hate speech, spam, or intellectual property infringement.
- We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or restrict access to our website if these terms are violated.

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, in which the company is registered.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in Texas or Tennessee, unless otherwise required by law.
